Cellist Lucija Gregov and bass clarinettist Bernat Boronat explore the tension between breath and strings, resonance and friction. Their shared fascination with drones, multiphonics and extended techniques combines to create a field of sound that boils and scrapes, unfolding slowly without a narrative, without a climax. 

Initially, their instruments sound like one body, but gradually they drift apart. What remains is a sonic exchange of shadow and proximity: cello and clarinet follow each other’s breath, become entangled, lose each other again. 

Music emerges from detail, resistance and nuance. Everything shifts: tone, texture, direction. What you hear is simultaneously one and many, controlled and released. Instead of harmony, Gregov and Boronat harmonise. A performative exploration of sound as matter.
